Sometimes life gets heavy. You can end up feeling tired, overwhelmed, and alone. When you feel anxious and/or depressed, you want relief. When couples feel disconnected and are fighting, good communication and partnership can feel impossible. I have experienced these same feelings and issues. I can understand and support you. I want you to know it can get better! Working together can be the start of living the life you want. My goal is to get to know you (or you and your partner), provide compassion, and a safe space where we can work together to reach your goals. Reaching out is the beginning of your path to well-being. Being trained and certified in the complementary techniques of Reiki, Sound Healing, and Human Design, I believe in and support a holistic approach to well-being. A session can be in conjunction with your counseling experience or used independently. Independent fees are $100 Reiki/Sound Healing and $150 Human Design. License: Pennsylvania / PC011927
